About the department

At the heart of the International Intermediary Oversight (IIO) Department, Intermediary Financing and Governance (IFG) ensures that every client payment is accurate, timely, and compliant. We lead strategic projects such as system migrations, and intermediary rationalization—all designed to strengthen payment integrity and operational efficiency. By automating processes, improving controls, and staying aligned with regulations and business goals, IFG ensures every payment is accurate and every transaction meets the highest standards. How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

  • You will ensure precise calculation and timely release of commission fees to clients.
  • You will partner with Transfer Agency and Sales teams (all regions) to ensure accurate fee setup.
  • You will investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with diligence and speed.
  • You will respond promptly and professionally to internal client inquiries.
  • You will escalate unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • You will identify recurring exceptions and recommend process improvements.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • You will lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects that drive operational excellence.
  • You will provide insights to improve client experience and support global distribution strategies.

What will help you be successful in this role

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office.
  • Experience in financial operations or Transfer Agency preferred.
  • Effective communicator and relationship builder.
  • Proactive mindset in dynamic environments.
