Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision.
We are looking for:
M365 Administrator
Your future role:
- Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications,
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support,
- Implement and maintain security and compliance policies,
- Automate tasks with PowerShell scripting and Power Platform,
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management,
- Monitor performance and drive service improvements,
- Participate in the 24/7/365 Team On-Call rotation.
Apply if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,
- 5–8 years of experience with M365 administration,
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework,
- Proficiency in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerShell scripting,
- Experience with security and compliance in M365 environments,
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
