We are looking for:

Tour - Global Assurance Quality - Standards Senior Manger

Fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027

Your future role:

  • Being at the forefront of new and revised global audit and assurance standards, monitoring and providing input on the IAASB’s agenda,
  • Developing and sharing insights with the Network on the impact of evolving standards,
  • Maintaining and enhancing our Network audit and assurance reporting guidance and templates,
  • Providing technical consultation support to Network member firms,
  • Working closely with the team director and other senior manager to evolve how the team operates and supports the Network through maximizing the use of AI.

Apply, if you have:

  • Demonstrating an ability to understand and interpret audit and assurance standards from both a technical and practical application perspective,
  • Demonstrating an effective understanding of the Network’s audit and assurance methodology, reporting guidance, tools and templates,
  • Researching topics, applying knowledge and experience to specific fact patterns, and developing structured answers to technical enquiries,
  • Writing structured communications i.e., experience in developing well structured, clear written reports and/or communications,
  • Taking a high degree of responsibility for design, development and delivery of a range of Network deliverables,
  • Applying Network AI tools to drive quality, consistency and efficiencies in deliverables,
  • Building and managing relationships with other functions and teams across a global network and effectively reconciling differing viewpoints to reach consensus solutions,
  • Communicating effectively with a range of cross-functional stakeholders,
  • Applying a quality driven mindset and attention to detail in deliverables.
