Your role in the Team's Success

As a Senior Global HR Specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of daily HR operations and cyclical HR projects for all IG Employees and Managers across the globe.

What you'll do

Your core responsibilities will be:

  • dealing with HR queries/requests through HR ticketing system and email, in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes
  • providing accurate and timely advice on HR processes and policies
  • desigining new, and reviewing and improving existing employee lifecycle proceses
  • managing HR data entry and processing HR transactions from employee life cycle scope in our HR data system (Workday)
  • managing preparation, signing and distribution of accurate HR letters and documents
  • maintaining employee files in our online archive
  • acting as a first point of contact to IG Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners on using our HR ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • assisting in internal and external audits
  • assisting team members in more complex queries and projects
  • work hand in hand with team members located in various countries

What you'll need for this role

Abilities/Expertise

Essential:

  • Strong expertise in HR Processes and understanding of employee life cycle
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with Workday/Employee Central and HR Case Management system
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)

Nice to have:

  • Expertise in other HR systems
  • Knowledge of Polish HR processes and labour law
  • Knowledge of EMEA HR processes
  • Experience in participation in external and internal audits
