
Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
Senior Manager / Director of Service Delivery & Program Integration
Your future role:
- Formulate and implement the Service Delivery Strategy to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction,
- Design the Delivery Team Structure and develop a comprehensive Recruitment Strategy to attract top talent,
- Supervise Resource Planning and Scheduling to ensure optimal allocation and utilization,
- Partner closely with PwC Managed Services Operations to craft and execute a robust Talent Strategy,
- Oversee Client program activation, encompassing the operationalization of completed sales, staffing, client expectations management, performance tracking, and budget adherence,
- Provide comprehensive delivery oversight, including coordination and management of stakeholders from other PwC network involved in the project to ensure alignment and shared objectives,
- Proactively manage client expectations, serving as the first line of escalation for any delivery or operational issues, and working to resolve concerns efficiently,
- Conduct regular reviews of project progress and client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring delivery milestones are met,
- Support the Sales team by contributing to pitches and solution development, ensuring that delivery considerations and resource capabilities are effectively represented during the proposal phase,
- Foster People Engagement and Satisfaction through effective management and support initiatives,
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution Directors, as well as Managed Services Operations Leadership, to ensure seamless integration and execution of services.
Apply if you have:
- Experience in managing service delivery operations across multiple clients and geographies,
- Strong leadership skills in building and scaling delivery teams,
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and resolve operational issues efficiently,
- Familiarity with talent strategy development and resource planning,
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and solution teams,
- Experience in Managed Services or outsourcing environments,
- Knowledge of financial services, compliance, or technology delivery models.
