Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your professional career? Would you like to be part of an internationally growing company?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Specialist (SD/MM) to join our IT BTS O2C team. As a STA Process Expert Manager, you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence across SAP SD/MM processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring that our Order-to-Cash systems run smoothly.

You will act as a trusted partner to the business, providing technical expertise, optimizing SAP configurations, and supporting end users in solving complex business and technological challenges. You will also participate in SAP implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead process improvements that enhance system performance and business outcomes.

Position:

  • Provide operational and functional support for SAP SD/MM modules within the O2C process
  • Analyze, configure, and optimize SAP systems to improve efficiency and performance
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex issues
  • Support end users in resolving business and technical challenges
  • Participate in SAP implementation and roll-out projects, including go-live support
  • Collaborate with global and regional business stakeholders to ensure alignment with global standards
  • Maintain detailed system documentation and support continuous process improvements
  • Identify opportunities for automation and simplification within supported processes

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in IT, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with SAP SD applications (Sales & Distribution) in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
  • Previous experience as Process Manager, IT Consultant, or Key User preferred
  • Strong understanding of SAP order processing, pricing, data management, and sales reporting
  • Basic knowledge of configurable materials and user roles to ensure operational security
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed industrial organization
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
