At Euroclear Bank, we ensure that financial transactions—once agreed—are smoothly and securely settled. Every day, our Operations Division handles over 200,000 transactions, making it a cornerstone of our business.
We are currently seeking a motivated Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience, ideally in finance, who is eager to develop professionally, learn continuously, and contribute to a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational processes and ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth service delivery
- Respond to inquiries and provide reliable support across teams
- Develop a strong understanding of operational workflows, systems, and market practices
- Identify and resolve issues, contributing to continuous process improvement
- Challenge existing procedures with a critical mindset and propose innovative solutions
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or financial environment
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results
- Team player with a client-first approach
- Open to change and quick to adapt to new procedures and market developments
