WHAT WILL YOU DO (JOB QUALIFICATIONS)
As Order to Cash Junior Analyst you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, providing regular updates on account status, overdue payments, and credit limits.
- Forecasting overdue payments and offering insights into customer payment behavior.
- Generating and sending missing invoices, account statements, and ensuring proper documentation for write-offs in non-collectible cases.
- Communicating with customers via phone and email to address overdue invoices.
- Handling credit-related requests on behalf of customers and assisting with unresolved payments or credit notes.
- Preparing regular reports on the status of customer accounts and taking on additional tasks as part of the team.
- Performing commercial disputes (claims) related to O2B process or financial disputes related to Collection process – contact with customers.
- Performing order management related activities: order entry, order amendments and rejections.
- Managing order blocks.
- Overseeing urgent orders process.
- Performing outbound and inbound calls and e-mails to customers related to collections/order management process.
- Meet collection targets and monthly service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and supporting colleagues when needed.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office (Warsaw or Gdansk) - depending on specific project circumstances

WHAT DO WE EXPECT
- Very good English and Italian language skills (minimum B2 level, special focus on speaking part)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage more complex cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken (due to the daily phone and email communication with customers)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode (50/50) from Warsaw or Gdansk. There is a possibility to work fully remotely.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of SAP
- A degree in finance or a related field.
- Experience in Order to Cash or Customer Service area
