Now, we are looking for people with prior experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) or healthcare organizations (HCOs), who want to transition into a back-office role. This position focuses on leading the engagement team that manages contracts and supports administrative processes for healthcare professionals and stakeholders - without client visits or sales responsibilities.
We are looking for:
HCP Engagement Operations Team Lead
Your future role:
- Lead, mentor and supervise team members in HCP engagement operations,
- Maximize operational effectiveness, optimize workflows, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet SLAs,
- Oversee HCP contracting, onboarding, FMV/tiering assessments, and payment processes,
- Ensure that all operational procedures are documented and standardized,
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and efficiency, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to compliance standards,
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HCP/HCO activities.
Apply if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, or related field,
- 5+ years of experience in HCP operations, compliance, or pharmaceutical industry support,
- Prior experience managing a team or leading operational processes,
- Strong understanding of HCP compliance requirements (FMV, Sunshine Act, etc.),
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
- Proficiency in HCP engagement systems and reporting tools.
