
Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Reconciliation Analyst
Your future role:
- Perform daily safeguarding reconciliations with a strong focus on accuracy and timelines,
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, including aged and high-value items, by following established procedures,
- Collaborate with Controllership, Treasury, and Engineering teams to support exception analysis and assist in resolution efforts,
- Maintain and update process documentation such as runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under guidance from senior team members,
- Provide input on process improvements and contribute to documentation enhancements as needed,
- Prepare regular reports on reconciliation status and key metrics for review by senior team members or management.
Apply if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in reconciliation processes, finance operations, or accounting, preferably in fintech or global environments,
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Proficiency in reconciliation software, accounting software, and MS Office,
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across reconciliation workflows,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams,
- Proven ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments while maintaining data quality and compliance standards.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in German, or French, or Italian allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
