Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry in a project or operational role,
- understanding of the investment fund business in Germany, Luxembourg and other fund domiciles,
- strong communication skills and ability to align with clients and partners in English and German,
- organizational and project management skills, including experience in project and/or contract management,
- excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- service-oriented and solution-driven mindset,
- strong team player,
- fluency in English and German;
Responsibilities
- managing relationships with depositories and external partners,
- organizing and conducting bilateral meetings with business stakeholders,
- negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
- monitoring daily operational issues and supporting resolution,
- supporting clients and internal teams with non-standard requests and escalations,
- providing assistance in Class Actions processes, ensuring timely and high-quality handling of enquiries,
- maintaining, documenting, and improving operational processes,
- supporting the Documentary Market Team.
