We are looking for:
Project & Controlling Specialist
Your future role:
- Prepare and present financial data and analyses for projects, highlight budget and forecast variances, and identify risks,
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations,
- Visualize data and trends,
- Maintain project status, risk and issue logs, and deliver status updates,
- Manage shared project documentation, tools, and templates,
- Facilitate project status meetings and support communication between stakeholders,
- Contribute to and uphold quality standards across the project team,
- Assess and improve processes, apply best practices for project management, and actively participate in change implementation,
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders.
Apply if you have:
- A university degree in Finance, Project Management or a related field,
- Have at least2years of experience infinancial controlling or project management,
- An ability to speak English and Polish fluently,
- Have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience working in a team,
- Possess strong analytical skills with high attention to details,
- Enjoy challenges and proactively approach your responsibilities,
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability is key,
- Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to have:
- Experience with MS Apps, Power BI,
- Project Management and/or other related certificate(s),
- Prior experience in a corporate environment.
