Procure to Pay Operations Analyst

The work:

• Resolving queries from vendors in Salesforce
• Team management in case of Team lead absence (ensuring that the daily activities, both individual and backups, are fulfilled according to the timetable, procedures, and business goals)
• Keeping metrics with accordance to SLA Supporting the most complex processes - GR process, down payments and Trade pass Quality validation Invoice posting (PO, non-PO, down payments, credit notes)
• Resolving Exception Handling Communication with vendors and other Teams to resolve queries (Procurement, Payments Team, VMD Team, Technical Support)
• Cooperation with Tax Team to resolve queries related the correctness of posting VAT and WHT Communicate effectively and timely to resolve issues
• Supporting calls with other Teams and vendors.

Flexible: Possibility of working in hybrid mode from the office located in Cracow until further notice (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Here's what you will need:

• Fluent English min.B2
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate progress, escalate issues, and collaborate with team members and stake
• Experience with Customer Service Knowing Salesforce is high asset
• Fluent in AP modules in SAP Knowing fiscal requirements for EMEA countries
