Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region. 

We are looking for:  

Payroll Program Analyst

Your future role:  

  • Carry out audits and validations of input data in line with agreed policies, ensure fixes if needed, and upload input data to payroll systems,
  • Ensure the timeline and quality of Mergers & Acquisitions process, assist with deregistering the companies, collect historical payroll documents, perform onboarding audits and schedule kick-off meetings,
  • Deliver the highest quality of service in the help desk area through proper interactions and engagement, accuracy of provided information, timely resolution, and overall management of ad-hoc queries,
  • Communicate any risks to the process or deadlines in accordance with escalation paths,
  • Communicate with stakeholders weekly on progress updates and issues,
  • Document the operational process and update existing documentation,
  • Execute all activities in compliance with existing procedures and customer requirements,
  • Initiate and actively support continuous process and tools improvements.

Apply if you have: 

  • 1+ years of similar experience, such as data audits and validation, operational processes, and working with payroll and help desk systems,
  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail,
  • Ability to follow procedures and ensure compliance,
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and clear risk escalation,
  • Proactive approach to process improvements and problem-solving,
  • Team-oriented mindset and readiness to work in a dynamic environment.
