People Data & Systems Specialist

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a systems/data-focused role
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system workflow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; working knowledge of ServiceNow and DocuSign is strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Understanding of confidentiality of all People data and adherence to all relevant data privacy regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Quick learner who can follow directions, work independently, and show initiative
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

The KPMG International People & Culture (P&C) team works to ensure our people are supported whilst carrying out their Global roles. The team consists of P&C Business Partners who provide designated support to each Global group and Global leader, and P&C Advisors who work closely with leadership in each of the core locations.
