YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Costing Analyst to perform cost roll-up activities and cost analyses within SAP S/4HANA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely cost data consolidation across manufacturing operations, supporting decision-making and financial transparency. The role involves responsibility for timely product and material costing before production begins, ensuring proper quality of costs for accurate stock valuation and Cost of Goods Sold.

YOUR TASKS

• Perform cost roll-ups in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy and completeness of cost structures.
• Provide timely and accurate product costings for new products and for product costings updates.
• Maintain and update costing models, including BOMs, routings and overhead allocations.
• Collaborate with planning, factory operations, procurement, and finance teams to gather and validate cost inputs.
• Analyse cost variations and provide insights to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to product costing as well as costs settlements and allocations.
• Assist in preparing cost reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Enforce checks and controls to ensure accurate and timely product costing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the costing function.

YOUR PROFILE

• Min. 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English (and preferably Polish) communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in SAP specifically in product costing and cost roll-up processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Good analytical skills with passion for details and capability to analyse data to catch inconsistencies and mistakes to be avoided in product costing.
• General understanding of manufacturing cost structures and financial principles.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree (preferable in finance or a related field).
