Requirements
- university degree in finance, accounting or a related field,
- minimum 7 years of experience in financial controlling,
- experience in the Retail sector,
- strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools,
- excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA will be considered an asset,
- strong analytical and business skills,
- high degree of of independence, proactivity and business-oriented mindset,
- excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- lead end-to-end business controlling in the business area, with a focus on performance analysis and decision support,
- monitor financial and operational results and key KPI's,
- analyze revenues, margins, costs and profitability,
- identify deviations from budgets and forecasts with actionable recommendations,
- prepare management reports, analyses and presentations for the Board and local management,
- participate in budgeting, forecasting and month-end closing processes,
- conduct ad-hoc analyses and cost and efficiency optimization projects,
- develop and optimize reporting and financial analysis tools,
- collaborate closely with the business and constructively challenge assumptions.
