Requirements
- university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,
- several years of experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within a production environment,
- strong knowledge of accounting regulations and tax requirements,
- practical experience in production cost accounting,
- knowledge of transfer pricing and financial instruments,
- fluent English enabling professional meetings and presentations,
- advanced experience with ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI),
- ability to present complex financial topics clearly and concisely,
- strong organizational skills and experience in change and transformation environments,
- valid driving license (category B).
Responsibilities
- day-to-day support of the Finance Director in managing finance and accounting functions,
- coordination and leadership of finance and accounting teams, including support for functional leaders,
- oversight and development of management accounting processes,
- monitoring, controlling, and optimizing operational and production costs,
- cash flow management and supervision of financial liquidity,
- preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses supporting management decisions,
- cooperation with external auditors and regulatory institutions,
- preparation and presentation of financial reports and analyses (also in English),
- participation in management meetings and meetings with external stakeholders,
- supervision and structuring of financial documentation and internal processes.
