Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This is rooted in EY's SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, SuccessFactors and Transformation Execution) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.

Your role will focus on leading and managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and transformation for our clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • You’ll be helping clients to successfully go through IT transformation to SAP S4/HANA environment.
  • You’ll support or lead SAP Data Migration streams on SAP implementation projects.
  • You will be asked to support clients in greenfield and brownfield implementations using various methodologies i.e. Agile.  
  • Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against goals.
  • Engage in sales activities, support service offerings identification, and develop RFP responses.
  • Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.

Skills and attributes for success         

  • You’ll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems.
  • You’ll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience.
  • You’ll be willing to work in international environment.
  • Provide general guidance to peers and junior staff.
  • Travel as required by client engagements.

Hard skills/experience

  • Minimum 8 years of SAP data migration experience, at least three end to end implementation projects.
  • Experience in leading data migration streams on S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Hands-on data migration skills and experience in S/4HANA data migration.
  • Knowledge of various S/4HANA data loading methods (IDOCs, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, and custom programs).
  • Firsthand experience in setting up S/4HANA data migration tools.
  • SAP Data Services experience is a plus.
  • Usage of AI Tools in Migration process is a plus.
  • SAP MDG experience is also a plus.
  • Good understanding of SAP data conversion lifecycle covering data readiness, data conversion design-build-test, mock loads, data validation, data cutover
  • Proficiency in source data analysis using SQL or other querying tools. Experience of SAP data profiling and cleansing (de-duplication, match/merge, standardization, rationalization).
  • Deep knowledge of key SAP objects (e.g. MM, BP, Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs) and practical knowledge of at least one of SAP functional modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, eWM, IM, PM, QM, PP, IBP.
