This role will work across the Global Human Capital team, focusing on projects that span the scope of the Network HC function with particular emphasis on workforce transformation and change in the AI era. The successful candidate will be able to integrate a broad array of human and AI skills, mixed methods, leadership development, communications and change management practices across a varied portfolio of work. They will be autonomous (with some direction), solution‑focused and will operate with a client‑service mindset. Essential skills will include critical thinking, innovation and change management skills.

Global Human Capital Manager
Your future role:
- Applying change management and project management methodologies across complex, global initiatives,
- Building lasting relationships and managing global stakeholders with confidence in a matrixed environment,
- Contributing to an inclusive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle,
- Assessing organisational skills, capacity and capability gaps and developing plans to close those gaps,
- Demonstrating resilience and leading transformation and change efforts,

- Using storytelling to deliver messages and calls to action that resonate both intellectually and emotionally,
