MSO Internal Control Testing team is a rapidly developing group of experts in the area of internal control, processes and IT systems. We carry out projects related to verifying the effectiveness of internal control from the perspective of business and IT processes. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for clients from various sectors around the world.

We are looking for:

GRC Manager with German

Your future role:

  • Support key GRC initiatives and help build strong working relationships across PwC’s international network,
  • Shape and develop the TechGRC offering by identifying emerging risks, control needs and opportunities to strengthen clients’ governance and control environments,
  • Manage a portfolio of GRC projects and teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and efficient ways of working,
  • Work closely with PwC DE and global network teams to design and deliver new GRC services and managed control solutions,
  • Prepare clear and tailored proposals explaining how GRC services address client needs and deliver practical benefits,
  • Collaborate with PwC teams to bring integrated GRC solutions to clients and strengthen overall control landscapes,
  • Contribute to the TechGRC managed services strategy by bringing insights on market trends, regulatory developments and client expectations,
  • Analyse business processes to assess risk, test business controls and support SOX compliance and internal control over financial reporting,
  • Identify control gaps, process weaknesses and improvement opportunities and provide clear recommendations.

Apply if you have:

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment,
  • A collaborative approach and readiness to contribute to team goals,
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to explain GRC insights clearly,
  • Experience in GRC, internal control, internal audit, SOX or risk projects in an international environment,
  • Fluent German and English, including the ability to run workshops in German,
  • Knowledge of internal control frameworks, SOX requirements and internal audit leading practices,
  • Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, management or IT with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
