We are looking for:

Emerging Technologies – Commercial Adoption Lead

Your future role:  

  • Act as the leader of PwC’s Emerging Technologies Group, overseeing the direction, development, and execution of initiatives leveraging Blockchain, Quantum, Crypto, and Web3,
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high‑value business use caseswhere emerging technologies can generate measurable impact for clients across sectors such as Financial Services, Consumer Markets, and TMT,
  • Oversee an R&D engineering team, ensuring structured experimentation, prototyping, and proof‑of‑concept development,
  • Design and own a roadmap of proof‑of‑concepts (POCs)—from idea formulation, feasibility assessment, and technologyselectionthrough execution and commercialization,
  • Provide clear rationale for priority use cases, supported by market trends, client demand, technical capability, and risk/benefit assessment,
  • Lead discussions with clients,helpingthem understand how emerging technologies can be applied in their businesses, and co‑create pilot initiatives with strategic buyers,
  • Translate highly technical concepts into business‑ready stories, presenting POC outcomes to senior, non‑technical stakeholders,
  • Collaborate closely with business development teamsto shape go‑to‑market strategies, create proposals, and contribute to sales efforts,
  • Act as PwC’s external evangelist,representingthe firm at conferences, industry forums, and innovation events to position PwC as a leader in emerging technologies,
  • Mentor and coach team members, building internal capability and fostering innovation culture,
  • Ensure governance, quality, and stakeholder alignmentacross all emerging‑technology initiatives.

Apply, if you have: 

  • 10+ years of experience in technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, Web3, Quantum, Digital Assets, or advanced R&D environments—ideally within consulting, technology, or innovation‑driven industries,
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to connect complex technical capabilities to clear business value,
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering or product teams developing prototypes, pilots, or POCs,
  • Hands‑on familiarity with one or more emerging‑tech stacks (e.g., distributed ledgers, smart contracts, quantum algorithms, decentralized architectures),
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences and drive alignment across technical and commercial stakeholders,
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client engagement skills,
  • Strong analytical approach to prioritizing opportunities,validatingideas, and defining investment needs,
  • Fluent communication in English and Polish,
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries of how emerging technologies can changebusiness.
