Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field,
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning/IBP roles,
- hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Demand module required),
- experience with configuration and planning area management preferred,
- strong knowledge of IBP principles, statistical forecasting, and planning KPI's,
- ability to translate business needs into system solutions,
- experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- facilitate training sessions and workshops on IBP processes for stakeholders across functions,
- support consistent planning inputs and outputs across global markets,
- partner with regional demand leads to assess planner performance and drive upskilling,
- lead global training programs on forecast accuracy, bias mitigation, override governance, and scenario planning,
- lead global design and continuous improvement of demand planning processes in SAP IBP,
- manage and prioritize system enhancements, lead UAT and deployment activities, and ensure issue resolution with IT and external partners,
- govern system logic and master data in collaboration with regional teams and central statistical forecasting,
- develop and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, and best practice documentation,
- facilitate user engagement sessions to address issues, gather feedback, and drive improvements,
- support COE-led initiatives to standardize planning processes and enhance performance management,
- act as liaison between COE, IT, regional demand planning teams, and data analytics to align system logic with business needs,
- collaborate with other COE leaders to ensure cohesive process ownership and tool adoption.
