Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top-notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision.

We are looking for:

Replicon Functional Lead (Product team)

Your future role:

  • Contribute to the development and alignment of the global vision for time & expense management,
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advise new territories on the global time & expense management approach,
  • Ensure that territory deployments remain aligned with the global vision,
  • Identify and define new feature requests and global system integrations,
  • Collaborate with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories derived from product roadmaps,
  • Bring clarity to business objectives through analytical work and iterative refinement of user stories,
  • Work with delivery teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies to address business needs,
  • Participate in all phases of SDLC using Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methods,
  • Conduct requirements elicitation, validation, and Fit/Gap analysis; support testing activities,
  • Manage the quality and acceptance of vendor SOW deliverables, including SLA measures and acceptance criteria,
  • Oversee documentation of business requirements and test cases ensuring consistency and clarity,
  • Model business processes and understand the impact of proposed solutions on business teams,
  • Develop strong application and domain knowledge across the assigned business portfolio.

Apply if you have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT system/software development or project management roles,
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum),
  • Experience translating business requirements into deliverables and actionable documentation,
  • Ability to run requirements workshops, stakeholder sessions, and Fit/Gap analyses,
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors in SOW/SLA–driven models,
  • Ability to document requirements and test cases in a clear and consistent manner,
  • Analytical skills that help determine business value and present accurate requirements,
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders,
  • Proficiency in English enabling smooth communication in an international environment,
  • At least a high school diploma.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Systems Analysis, or related fields,
  • IIBA certification,
  • Experience with SaaS and Cloud solutions,
  • Experience working in a global professional services environment.
