This role combines large-scale people leadership, process ownership and transformation execution in a complex, multi-entity environment. The company’s office is based in Cracow.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Procure to Pay leadership within Shared Services, GBS or complex multi-country finance structures,
- several years of experience in Global Project Owner / Transformation roles might be an asset,
- proven track record managing large teams (50+ FTE) including managerial layers,
- demonstrated experience leading restructuring, organizational redesign or scope transitions,
- strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills,
- driver of change and continuous improvement: identifies new opportunities and delivers innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- provide strategic support for the PTP department within the Shared Services Centre (SSC),
- own service quality, efficiency, controls, people leadership and process evolution, aligned to the Finance Excellence agenda,
- coach, develop and motivate high-performing team, fostering collaboration and engagement,
- lead and execute PTP restructuring initiatives, including organizational redesign, scope optimization and process harmonization,
- identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve productivity,
- drive standardization of policies, procedures and controls across multiple entities and countries,
- set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to uphold processing standards,
- prioritize professional development through strategic training initiatives and growth opportunities,
- focus on risk management, identifying and mitigating potential risks in PTP processes,
- lead the transition of PTP activities from the business into the SSC, ensuring knowledge transfer and stabilization,
- support identifying additional activities suitable for migration into the SSC and support broader finance excellence initiatives,
- collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to financial standards.
