
Infrastructure Managed Services Team is part of Managed Services Operations in PwC Poland with a comprehensive service offering supporting our clients in preparation, structuring and implementation of infrastructure projects & investments.
Infrastructure Managed Services encompasses a full suite of services focusing on successful delivery of investment projects including infrastructure projects & program management, cost controlling, schedule management, risk management, quality controlling & management, documents management, construction on-site support, project controls, contract & claim management, stakeholders management and other.
Infrastructure Managed Services Team while based in Poland focuses on servicing clients across the whole EMEA region with Poland and Germany being priority markets.
We are looking for:
Specialist with German in Risk Management for Infrastructure & Construction Projects
Your future role:
- Support client engagements in infrastructure construction management services, focusing on basic risk management tasks for infrastructure investments,
- Assist in the successful delivery of large and complex infrastructure projects by providing support in construction monitoring and project coordination,
- Work closely with project managers (PMO) and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and communication across stakeholders,
- Contribute to risk-related activities such as maintaining risk registers, monitoring risks, and preparing simple mitigation actions under guidance,
- Collaborate with experts responsible for cost control, scheduling, and project management, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of project delivery,
- Participate in improving processes and service delivery models to enhance efficiency and quality.
Apply if you have:
- Min B2 in German and English,
- Engineering degree (civil, infrastructure, or related),
- 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects (risk management experience is not required, willingness to learn is key),
- Basic understanding of project management principles and corporate risk concepts (ESG awareness is a plus),
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with readiness to cooperate with diverse stakeholders,
- Open to occasional travel and on-site work at project locations.
