Stanowisko to podlega:
Controlling&Planning CoE Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the MOHP Division in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling obsolete provisions, preparing COPQ/OPEX/RELEX reports, performing NWC reporting and analysis, calculating recharges with other factories, preparing transfer pricing
- Performing month-end closing by allocating costs and maintaining cost structure, performing RMB analysis, conducting post-calculations, reclassifying hours, analyzing slow-moving materials
- Performing Abacus reporting pre-check by reviewing orders received, revenue, backlog, FTE, and supplementary reports
- Managing systems and reporting, performing daily management of Power BI MEX report
- Preparing business reviews, dashboards and presentations for financial reviews
- Providing accruals and intercompany inputs for GBS intercompany accruals and quarterly invoicing

Qualifications:
- You are currently studying or have graduated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics
- You have at least 2 years of experience in finance controlling
- You possess strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial information, very good work organization skills, ability to manage deadlines, and good communication and teamwork abilities
- You are passionate about proactivity and willingness to learn
- You stay up to date with good Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI/SAP is as an advantage
- You are at ease communicating in English
