We are looking for:
Salesforce Functional Analyst
SalesforceFunctional Analyst position isa partof the1st Line Support Team. The team in the Warsaw officeisresponsible forongoingdailysupportfor PwC Clientsinareaof Salesforce CRM and Risk.
Your future role:
- Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce Users regionally in Central and Eastern Europe (L1S),
- Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets,
- Deliver documentation on how to use Salesforce Solution,
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately,
- Monitor data quality,integrityand user adoption,
- Manage elevated access requests,
- Analyze integration issues and data flows
- Performs special assignments as requested.
Apply if you have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce application,
- At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology, or related field,
- Experience in CRM,especially in business process or tools development, data migration, integration,
- Knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications very well,
- Strong communicationand analytical skills,
- Ability toreasonably estimatethe time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability toquickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests,
- Experience in data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication,
- Understanding relational databases and data integration tools,
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
- Strong communicationand analytical skills,
- Working independence, as well as part of a team; desire to interact with and help end users,
- Polish and English fluent.
Nice to have:
- T-SQL experience / basic knowledge.
