Your Role

The Strategy and Transformation Consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services, and products. They design and implement new business and operating models and bring to life the organizations of the future, developing customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives.

Your Tasks

  • Drive and lead process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Managers in the successful development and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Sell and deliver projects related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, change management, and similar.
  • Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey.
  • Interact with senior client stakeholders and collaborate with the client to complete assigned deliverables and drive the transformation agenda.
  • Keep abreast of technological developments, evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and suggest improvements within your area of expertise.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of Capgemini’s market-leading assets and methods.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in finance transformation (at least 12 years) with strong end-to-end process knowledge in Controllership and Record to Report, with good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation projects across finance and accounting streams, with full accountability for deliverables, team, timeline, and budget.
  • Ability to shape transformation stories and sell projects leveraging available offers and products.
  • Experience with RFI/RFP processes, negotiation skills, executive presence, and managing senior stakeholders.
  • High-level consulting skills, including hypothesis-driven analysis, collaborative meeting management, data collection & diagnostics, storytelling, and storyboarding.
  • Experience in leading roles on project assignments, with frequent client interactions (workshops, presentations, trainings).
  • Knowledge and experience in at least one ERP system: S4H, SAP ECC, or Oracle.
  • Very good understanding and/or implementation experience with Controllership and Record to Report technologies (Blackline, Trintech, Workiva, Celonis, RPA, Intelligent Automation solutions).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
