Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top‑notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customerrelationshipsand incidents with precision. 

We are looking for:

Time Management Implementation Lead

Your future role:

  • Deliver the global time capture cloud solution into member firms in line with Global IT processes and governance, 
  • Support BusinessProgrammeLeaders in managing the solution lifecycle in close partnership with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical & Development teams, and Service Operations, 
  • Act as the first point of contact for the client in day‑to‑day implementation matters, 
  • Host workshops and ad‑hoc meetings for requirements clarification and solution discussions, 
  • Coordinate implementation progress to meet project and operational targets, 
  • Support continuous enhancement of solution deployment standards and practices.

Apply if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience leading IT transformation including operations and policy, 
  • Experience delivering change management strategies and IT transformation initiatives, 
  • Experience working in a globalorganisationwith cross‑cultural communication exposure, 
  • Ability to manage andoperatebudgets to support agreed service levels, 
  • Experience implementing and directing time management work across Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Communications & Change Management, and Portfolio & Investment Management, 
  • Ability to respond to staff questions and support the time management strategy, 
  • Experience collaborating and influencing stakeholders to meet time management requirements, 
  • Ability toidentifybusiness issues and coordinate with IT leaders tomaintainalignment with firm direction, 
  • Understanding of Direct Account Management services for assigned initiatives or territories, 
  • Working knowledge of security operations and information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001), 
  • Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders (local IT, HC, finance leadership), 
  • Experience communicating SLAs andanalysingvariances in performance levels, 
  • Ability toidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery, 
  • Customer focus, commercialawarenessand strategic thinking capability, 
  • Experience providinghigh levelsof customer service in a largeorganisation,
  • Demonstrated knowledge ofnew technologiesand AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation). 

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Systems Analysis or Management Information Systems.
