Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top‑notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customerrelationshipsand incidents with precision.
We are looking for:
Workday Extend Developer
Your future role:
- Develop brand new or enhance and support existing Workday Extend applications and integrations based on business requirements and best practices,
- Create detailed application and integration specifications as well as data dictionaries,
- Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders and functional product owners to gather and refine business requirements for internal client projects,
- Actively contribute to global standardization initiatives through automation and innovation,
- Continuously develop your own technical skills and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Apply if you have:
- A minimum diploma degree in technology or an equivalent field,
- At least 2 years of experience in software development and 3+ years of experience in Workday technical integrations,
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills,
- Experience working with iterative or agile software development methodologies,
- A solid understanding of cloud SaaS architecture principles and integration patterns,
- Experience working in a global or virtual team environment,
- Strong technical background and familiarity with API concepts (SOAP and REST), XML, XSLT 3.0, JSON, OAuth 2.0, encryption and secure data transfer methods,
- Hands‑on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C# or Python,
- Practical experience with Workday integration technologies, including:
- Workday Studio,
- Report as a Service,
- WQL,
- WWS and Workday REST API,
- Orchestrate,
- PMD Scripting,
- Workday Connectors,
- EIBs and DT,
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting and Security configuration, or experience in testing functional aspects of delivered solutions,
- Experience in building Extend applications or delivering complex Workday integrations in global deployment environments,
- Hands‑on experience with data analysis, proof of concepts, middleware and problem solving,
- A solid understanding of security and data privacy standards, data governance, and Extend application and integration development best practices,
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
- Your current location within the territory of Poland.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Graph API,
- Integration Core, Extend, Studio or Pro consulting certifications.
