Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top‑notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customerrelationshipsand incidents with precision.
We are looking for:
Project Manager – Time Management (Replicon)
Your future role:
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a cloud‑based timesheet tool across a global organization,
- Act as the primary liaison between global stakeholder groups, territoryteamsand the third‑party vendor to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle,
- Oversee planning, execution and delivery phases whilemaintainingaccountability forobjectives,risksandtimelycompletion of deliverables,
- Develop andmaintaincomprehensive project plans, proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks,
- Facilitate regular status reporting totheleadership and stakeholders,
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration enabling successful deployment and adoption of the solution.
Apply if you have:
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in IT system/software development and project management processes,
- Experience working with agile methods and both onshore and offshore delivery teams,
- Ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environments,demonstratingstrong organization,disciplineand attention to detail,
- Experience influencing stakeholders and sponsors,
- Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects,
- Experience with Project Management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, O365),
- Experience implementing Replicon projectswill be anadvantage,
- Demonstrated knowledge ofnew technologiesand AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
- Your current location within the territory of Poland.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis or Management Information Systems,
- PMP or CSM certification.
