
HR Process Junior Specialist (with Hungarian)

Your role
Local HR Services Analysts play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring efficient delivery of HR services to employees and stakeholders. You will respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries. You may also assist in resolving employee issues or directing them to the appropriate HR personnel. Additionally, you will help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, maintain accurate records, support audits, and assist with administrative tasks such as creating/updating employee files, generating HR reports, preparing HR documents, and managing HR systems.
Your tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Maintain and update employee records and HR reports
- Manage HR systems and assist with administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Your profile
- Fluency in Hungarian (C1) and good command of English (minimum B2)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation and proactive attitude
- Student status or completed higher education
- Interest in HR and willingness to grow in this area
