Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or similar roles,
- previous experience in team leadership or coordination,
- strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and variance analysis,
- advanced Excel skills and good command of MS Office tools,
- analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business recommendations,
- strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders,
- proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach,
- fluent English (minimum B2 level).
Responsibilities
- leading and developing accounting teams, ensuring efficiency, accountability and high-quality delivery,
- overseeing core financial processes with a strong focus on controlling, reporting and data accuracy,
- coordinating month-end closing and ensuring timely preparation of key financial reports,
- preparing management reporting and providing clear insights on revenue, costs and business performance,
- analyzing variances, trends and key drivers, recommending actions to improve financial results,
- acting as a finance business partner to management, supporting decision-making with data and insights,
- supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes,
- driving improvements in financial processes, reporting standards and cost control,
- cooperating with external stakeholders such as auditors and financial institutions.
