Requirements
- university degree in finance, economics or a related field,
- solid experience in controlling, preferably in an international manufacturing environment,
- intermediate level of English (B2),
- practical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards will be an advantage,
- strong analytical skills with a holistic approach to financial data,
- ability to challenge existing processes and drive improvements,
- experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools,
- good command of Excel and familiarity with BI tools,
- goal-oriented and proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- participating in monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes in line with IFRS and local GAAP,
- preparing financial reports in accordance with internal and group requirements,
- supporting budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash flow planning, including monitoring deviations,
- analyzing costs and variances, identifying key drivers and improvement areas,
- evaluating sales profitability and supporting decision-making processes such as make-or-buy analyses,
- delivering reliable financial insights to support business and strategic decisions,
- supporting implementation and optimization of ERP and BI systems,
- participating in transfer pricing processes and preparing related documentation,
- cooperating with auditors during financial, tax and internal audits,
- working closely with the accounting team to enhance controlling and reporting processes.
