YOUR ROLE
As a Reward to Pay Transformation Consultant, you will support the design and optimization of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits processes within HR transformation programs. You will work closely with HR teams, delivery organizations and technology partners to assess current practices, define future-state operating models and contribute to implementation activities. Your work will directly improve process efficiency, compliance and user experience across the R2P domain.
YOUR TASKS
- Participate in end-to-end assessments of HR/R2P processes to identify gaps, risks and opportunities.
- Design scalable future-state processes for Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
- Prepare clear, user-friendly documentation including process maps, SOPs and assessment reports.
- Support change management activities including communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze HR data to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, operations and IT teams throughout all project phases.
- Define KPIs and support continuous improvement aligned with industry trends in R2P.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in HR transformation with strong exposure to Payroll and/or Compensation & Benefits.
- Ability to map, analyze and redesign end-to-end HR processes.
- Understanding of HR compliance, regulatory requirements and risk management.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR-related data.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in project environments.
- Very good command of English.
