Your role
As a Payroll Consultant, you will work on the design of global payroll processes, frameworks and solutions. Your focus will be on strategy, architecture and improvements — not operational payroll processing. You will support global transformation projects and collaborate with HR, Finance and Technology teams to build scalable and compliant payroll models.
Your tasks
- Design and improve global payroll frameworks and process standards.
- Translate business needs into clear payroll design recommendations.
- Advise on compliance and regulatory considerations across regions.
- Support global transformation and system implementation projects.
- Cooperate with HR, Finance and IT teams on integrations and solution design.
- Analyse requirements and prepare documentation for payroll processes.
- Monitor regulatory and market trends to ensure future-proof payroll design.
- Contribute to cross-country harmonisation initiatives.
Your profile
- 6–10 years of experience in Payroll design or multi-country payroll process architecture.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working in global or multi-regional environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional payroll solutions.
- Basic knowledge of HRIS/ERP platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle).
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English.
