Your role

Join our team as a GBS Transformation Manager and take responsibility for driving large‑scale, technology‑enabled transformation across global business services. In this role, you will guide clients through complex change initiatives, leveraging automation and cutting‑edge digital solutions to reshape the future of business operations. You will play a key role in designing, fine‑tuning, and orchestrating end‑to‑end transformation programs, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.

Your tasks

• Lead the GBS transformation projects within Finance, mentoring and coaching Transformation Consultants in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables.
• Steer transformation programs related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, and change management.
• Own program / project deliverables related to GBS transformation programs.
• Design the Target Operating Model and lead Process Design workshops.
• Utilize your GBS, process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey.
• Make convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client.
• Facilitate client meetings, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders.

Your profile

• Proven understanding of Service Delivery Models (GBS/ SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc.) and general process knowledge (AP/AR/GL/MDM).
• Great insight into GBS/ SSC service components (markets, trends, CI, governance model, performance management, organizational structure, legal aspects, IT, etc.).
• Experience in Program Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track record of program / projects delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with CxO level Stakeholders.
• Ability to lead the transformation team during projects, mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
• Capability to translate GBS requirements into business cases and create transformation roadmaps.
• Continuous Improvement, Client value and Innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered.
• Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle.
• Fluent English (French or German would be an asset).
