AR Team Lead

Collection is a key part of the Order-to-Cash process, focused on ensuring that customers pay their invoices on time. In this role, you act as a link between the company and its customers—monitoring outstanding payments, following up on overdue invoices, and helping resolve any issues that may delay payment. It combines communication, problem-solving, and financial analysis to support healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.

About the Internship:

• Start date: as soon as possible (preferably May or June 2026)
• Work in a modern office in Kraków
• Hybrid work model (1 day in the office, 4 days working from home per week)
• We expect availability of at least 30 hours per week

Your responsibilities: 

• Providing daily support to the Collection Team
• Performing simple tasks, such as retrieving invoice copies from the system and sending them to customers
• Reviewing and verifying comments in reports
• Managing a customer portfolio
• Supporting system processes, e.g. sending statements or payment reminders
• Maintaining customer relationships and collaborating with adjacent teams

Requirements: 

• Student in a field related to finance, accounting, controlling, taxation, GBS or similar (active student status)
• Fluency in Polish
• English at a minimum B1+ level
• Familiarity with tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus
