For our Client operating in the clinical research sector, we are looking to appoint a senior leader who will take full ownership of a clinical site network and drive both operational excellence and commercial performance. This is a director level role, designed for someone who knows how to scale site networks, optimize delivery, and build sustainable revenue in a competitive study landscape.

Requirements
- 8+ years in clinical site operations within an SMO or site network,
- proven track record in managing and scaling multi-site operations,
- strong exposure to patient recruitment, feasibility, and site activation,
- experience with P&L/ revenue responsibility and growth initiatives,
- leadership background with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams,
- English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- oversight of clinical site operations across the network (CEE region),
- optimization of study delivery, enrollment, and site performance,
- strategic development of the site footprint and partnerships,
- ownership of commercial performance and growth.
