The PMO team at PwC IT Services is made up of several specialists who support business teams in the execution of technology projects. The nature of the services we provide internally is based on a combination of excellent work organization, communication, and expertise in areas such as general administration, finance, as well as reporting and project management.

We are looking for:

Junior PMO Specialist 

Your future role: 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PMO team and other stakeholders, 
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, templates, and records, 
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the PMO, 
  • Maintain and organize shared drives, folders, and document repositories, 
  • Monitor and track timesheet submissions across project teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion, 
  • Follow up with team members on missing, incomplete, or incorrect timesheet entries, 
  • Validate timesheet data against project allocations and highlight discrepancies, 
  • Support month-end and period-end timesheet closure processes, 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for timesheet-related queries and issues, 
  • Maintain and update data within PMO tools and internal systems, 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems, 
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from internal systems, 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO. 

Apply if you have: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), 
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, 
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills, both in Polish and English, 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
