Reward Expert (m/f)

Requirements

• at least 5 years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits or Reward area, preferably within 
  an international financial institution,
• strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, especially Korn Ferry,
• advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets,
• excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations,
• fluent English (minimum C1 level),
• experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be considered an advantage,
• ability to work independently in a complex, multinational environment with multiple stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

• maintain and oversee the job architecture and position database, ensuring consistency and accuracy of 
  job descriptions and HR system records,
• conduct independent job evaluations for newly created or updated roles using recognized market 
  methodologies, including Korn Ferry,
• participate in external compensation benchmarking and salary surveys,
• analyze market data and monitor competitiveness of compensation structures,
• coordinate the annual salary review process and support effective budget allocation decisions,
• administer deferred compensation processes in accordance with global policies and internal standards,
• prepare compensation analyses, reports, and insights to support managerial decision-making,
• collaborate on additional HR initiatives related to benefits, people analytics, reporting, and operational 
  risk activities.
