
AP Accountant with German (mid/senior)

Your responsibilities:
- Processing and posting vendor invoices in SAP;
- Preparing and processing weekly payments;
- Performing account reconciliations and balance confirmations;
- Monitoring vendor account balances and ensuring timely settlements;
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and AP reconciliations;
- Preparing financial reports and analyses related to Accounts Payable;
- Participating in process improvement and automation initiatives within the AP function.
Our expectations:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable accounting;
- Very good command of German – at least B2/C1 level;
- Good command of English;
- At least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel;
- Experience working with SAP;
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills;
- Relevant educational background will be an advantage;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).
