The transaction market is becoming increasingly complex - buyers and sellers need to quickly and efficiently understand the main business drivers and key areas of opportunity to unlock deal value.

In response, we are growing our team to offer new transaction-related services to clients.

The Delivering Deal Value Team works closely with other PwC teams, including Strategy, Financial Due Diligence, Regulatory, Legal, and Tax. Together with these specialists, the team provides clients with insights and advice throughout the M&A process.

We are looking for: 

Consultant

Your future role: 

  • Supporting the planning and execution of post-merger integration projects, helping clients achieve effective organizational and operational alignment, 
  • Assisting in synergy assessments, including identifying, analyzing and quantifying potential value creation opportunities arising from mergers and acquisitions, 
  • Supporting divestiture and carve-out projects by contributing to separation planning, tracking workstreams and preparing project deliverables, 
  • Participating in operational due diligence engagements, analyzing business operations, identifying key risks and opportunities, and supporting the development of recommendations, 
  • Preparing analyses, presentations and client deliverables to support strategic decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle, 
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather, structure and interpret data from multiple sources. 

Apply if you have: 

  • Initial experience in M&A, transaction services, consulting, corporate finance, transformation, operational improvement, due diligence or related areas, 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial and operational data, 
  • Good understanding of financial concepts and key business performance drivers, 
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies and digital tools to enhance productivity, automate tasks and support data analysis, 
  • The ability to synthesize complex information, identify key insights and develop structured recommendations, 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations and reports, 
  • A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic project environment, 
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
