PwC’s Public Sector practice delivers advisory and analytical support for EU institutions, focusing on process optimizations, structural reforms, and digitalization. Our teams work across complex assignments for EU institutions, public authorities and international organizations, combining multidisciplinary expertise to provide high quality, evidence based solutions. 

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Community Manager to lead and support international communities bringing together public administration professionals from EU Member States. The objective of the project is to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and capacity building among institutions responsible for the implementation of EU-funded programmes.


For an ongoing client assignment, we are looking for: 

Community Manager (freelance) 


Your future role: 

  • Lead and grow international communities of public administration professionals across the EU,
  • Facilitate engaging online and in-person meetings, workshops, and peer-learning activities in English,
  • Organize and coordinate community events, ensuring a seamless participant experience,
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, experts, and European institutions,
  • Manage community communications, engagement initiatives, and operational activities.


Apply if you have:  

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, stakeholder engagement, event management, or international projects,
  • Excellent English skills (C1+) with proven experience facilitating meetings and workshops,
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills,
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple priorities,
  • Experience organizing and coordinating both virtual and in-person events,
  • Willingness to engage as a freelancer under a B2B contract model,
  • Availability to work flexibly between 25% and 75% FTE, with the opportunity to gradually expand responsibilities and increase involvement by taking ownership of additional communities and activities.
