Technology Riskat PwC Poland is a team of more than 50 experts. We provide consulting on processes,systemsand organization of the ITar- we implement SAP and SAP GRC projects from concept development to configuration in the system. Weidentify,analyzeand manage business and IT risks for customers in various sectors around the world.
We are looking for:
SAP Security Manager / Senior Manager
Your future role:
- Lead Engagements:Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day SAP Security and Authorization design projects.
- Evaluate Controls:Assess the design and effectiveness of SAP Security, Authorization Concepts (including Segregation of Duties -SoD), and SAP IT Controls (IAM/IDM, Change Management).
- Drive Compliance & Risk Management:Review client IT policies and procedures against industry standards and leading compliance frameworks.
- Deliver Strategic Insights:Translate complex technical findings into publication-quality reports and actionable recommendations for C-suite and business stakeholders.
- Lead & Develop People:Act as a teamlead, superviseand mentor consultants to help them grow their careers and deliver exceptional client work.
- Ensure Effective Project Governance:Manage project finances, resource allocation, and overall client portfolios to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Drive Business Growth:Collaborate with leadership toidentifynew business opportunities, contribute to proposals, andparticipatein client pitches.
Apply if you have:
- 7-8+ years of professional experience in SAP Security engagements(design, implementation, and quality assurance).
- Technical Expertise:Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP IAM/IAG and SAP GRC suite.
- Audit & Risk Knowledge:Strong understanding of SAP IT Audits, from designing solutions to implementing changes.
- Analytical Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex IT processes and recommend optimization strategies.
- Leadership Skills:Proventrack recordof managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and spoken English, with a proven ability towriteexecutive-level reports and present to C-level stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in Polishto effectively collaborate with local stakeholders and support projects in the Polish market.
Nice to have:
- Professional certifications such as SAP Security, CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001,
- Previousexperience gained in professional services,advisoryor IT consulting environments.
