Finance Team Leader with French (m/f)

Requirements

• at least 3 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting or a related financial services environment,
• previous experience in leading, mentoring or coordinating a team,
• fluency in both French and English (minimum B2 level),
• strong interest in financial services and banking operations,
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
• excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and quality,
• a proactive, accountable and solution-oriented mindset,
• strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment,
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• lead, support and motivate a team to achieve operational and quality objectives,
• monitor team performance, set priorities and ensure timely delivery of daily activities,
• coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training and knowledge sharing,
• foster a collaborative, inclusive and positive team environment,
• act as the main point of contact for escalations, operational issues and stakeholder communication,
• drive process improvements and support the implementation of projects and strategic initiatives,
• ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls and regulatory requirements,
• oversee team capacity planning, administrative activities and budget-related responsibilities,
• collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards and continuously improve team performance.
