Job description:

Job Purpose:

  1. To identify, co-ordinate and oversee the delivery of a pipeline of process redesign and efficiencies for local processes. The outcome of these initiatives will be more simple and lean HR processes which and more ‘employee centric’ in their delivery.

  2. Grow and develop local CI capability and further develop the CI mindset.

This role will work very closely with the Performance Improvement Consultant in the HR Services Global Operations Support Team with accountability for CI in HR Services and in the broader HR Function, the HR CI Master Deployment Lead role and the Regional PMO.

Accountabilities


Support the HRV Krakow Leadership Team and onshore partners/ process owners for our region to establish and deliver on an Improvement agenda for more accelerated value delivery by 1. Identifying opportunities and 2. Ensuring that efficiencies and improvements to the processes are implemented as quickly as possible. Key Focus countries are Netherlands, Poland, Germany and the UK.

  • Work to ensure that we can derive benefits from new Technology implementation, Salesforce, automation, and Robotics with a commercial lens on the investment versus the benefits.

  • Support the preparation for the HRIT roadmap journey over the next few years that will mean that we need to work hard on ‘Simple and Lean’ initiatives leveraging the Country Benefits reviews, and working with the countries and global processes that we support to redesign complex critical processes and simplify.

  • Apply a lens to all projects on delivering an improvement to the employee experience and identify where and how the end to end value is delivered most efficiently.

  • Continue to build the CI culture and a continuum of progressive capability under the ‘We grow as you grow’ banner for staff development in HR Services.

  • Teach and apply CI skillsets VM, LSW, Go Sees, Value Stream mapping, support the delivery of LP projects and structured problem solving both in Krakow and where partners need support.

  • Provide facilitation (CI Tools, Kaizen workshops, facilitated sessions) and be actively involved in the identification and assessment of CI initiatives and projects including building business case, scoping, prioritisation, resourcing and progress tracking.

Provide subject matter expertise on CI/Lean and ensure the understanding and application of fit for purpose standards, tools and methodology to ensure successful benefits delivery.
Dimensions:
Direct reports - 2 Advisors and 1-2 analysts. The incumbent is required to work through and influence all levels in the organisation, with onshore partners, process owners, process architects and policy leads and will be responsible for developing and leading the HRV Krakow CI agenda.



Requirements:

Degree qualified and with 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a Shared Services/BPO environment

  • Previous experience in managing CI initiatives and projects across a region or globally.
  • Proven strong stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Demonstrated capability to apply CI philosophy, methodologies and tools in service environment
  • Practical CI experience in applying process improvement and CI/Lean tools that have led to real benefits realisation
  • Accreditation as a Lean Practitioner, Blackbelt or Kaizen facilitator would be preferred
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills
  • Strong listener and facilitator
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in driving change, gaining support and influencing bottom line outcomes
  • Experience in Project Management and Project Deliverables is an advantage
  • Proven ability to be able to establish local and regional virtual networks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight constraints.
