Responsibilities:

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in managerial position,
• Proven experience in managing independently business processes preferably in shared service centre environment,
• Very good knowledge of the rules for drawing up the process documentation,
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements,
• Fluent English language skills are required, German language skills would be an advantage,
• Knowledge of technologies such as VBA, MS Access, Robotics Process Automation would be a strong asset,
• Strong and effective communication skills,
• People management skills.

 Experience in tax areas (VAT, PIT, CIT, Transfer Pricing) would be preferred but not necessary

Requirements:

• Managing tax coordination, logistics and administrative processes to ensure their effectiveness and quality,
• Ensuring required process documentation and templates are in place and up-to-dat,
• Driving continuous improvements including the use of tools, technologies, possible automation and standardization,
• Managing process aspects during the onboarding projects,
• Working with operational teams to implement changes in the new or existing processe,
• Sharing knowledge and supporting development of employees in SDC
