As a Business Intelligence Report Developer/Analyst you will join REIF Systems team. You will be responsible for data mart management and report development in efront Invest vendor product within Alternatives Systems Department.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be a part of an IT development team that will configure and customize eFront Invest vendor product
- Responsible for the design, specification, development, testing and support of the data mart within the vendor solution using proprietary FrontReport product, adhering to BBH standards and methodology
- Create and modify Views in the data-mart using FrontReport View Designer (extract the data from the source database) and SQL
- Create and modify FrontScript programs using the vendor language based on SAS Base
- Create and modify Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Reports (output) using the FrontReport Designer tool
- Participate in the assessment and implementation of other eFront Invest Reporting tools and technologies (FrontExcel, Query Builder, eFront data warehouse)
- Prepare supporting documentation as needed
Key qualifications include:
- Solid experience, 5 years minimum, in report development and Business Intelligence
- Developer background with good knowledge of SAS Base is mandatory
- Data-mart design, data modeling, databases (Oracle), SQL
- Business analysis, data mapping, report design, MS Office
- Good organizational skills, ability to work quickly, accurately and independently
- Strong analytical, design, communication, testing and documenting skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Superior written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Nice to have:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of eFront Invest vendor product a plus
- Accounting, Custody and Transfer Agency for Alternatives Funds experience a plus
